I was recently @ a meeting where the organizer said that our old approach of non-unions as our "enemies" was not working and that we needed to try to work with them more. That fighting them wasn't working. I look back at how the times have changed and the unions aren't as strong as they were 30+ yrs ago. In my opinion, we have gotten soft.
